[f_minor] NCA and CD 318 played by Angela Hewitt

Well, CD 318 was dropped and severely damaged during Gould's lifetime and considered beyond repair. Also, it used to be set up in a very specific way. One could argue if this is actually the same instrument as when Glenn Gould played it.
