[texinfo-pretest] texinfo-pretest mailing list decommission

I've decided to decommission this mailing list (texinfo-pretest), since
almost everyone on it is also on the other Texinfo mailing lists
(bug-texinfo and/or help-texinfo at gnu.org), and it's attracting a whole
lot of junk mail.

If you're not already, you can subscribe through
http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-texinfo (resp. /help-texinfo).

If all you want to do is monitor Texinfo pretests and/or real releases,
you need only check http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/ and
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/.  Any discussion can happen
on bug-texinfo.
